• Purchasing Products

Each item is individually priced to include shipping and handling within the continental United States. For international orders see shipping terms below.

To purchase, click on the “add to cart” button. The item will be added to your cart. Before proceeding to “checkout” you can change the contents of your cart by adding items, or deleting an item. To delete an item from the shopping cart, click the “select” box on the right and click on “delete”.

Orders will also be accepted by e-mail sent to k@thisolebag.com.

Orders will be processed upon receipt of payment.

No special orders are accepted.

• Returns/Missing Items/Damages

Items may be returned due to size, damage, or dissatisfied with item design, within 7 days of receipt. All items must be in original condition and refund will be issued upon receipt and inspection of item.

Shipping of returned items is the responsibility of the purchaser and no credit will be issued for the shipping charges of the item.

Please inspect package upon arrival. Any missing or damaged item must be reported to k@thisolebag.com within 7 days upon receiving the order or no refund will be given.

An authorization must be obtained before returning an item by sending an e-mail to k@thisolebag.com stating the reason of return.

• Payment Method

PayPal: Payments may be made through PayPal’s Secure Payment processor. The shopping cart will direct you to the Secure Payment processor at PayPal and will send an email to me when your payment is made. The order will then be processed and mailed. All orders entered as being paid via PayPal, but no PayPal payment sent at the time of the order, will be deleted. PayPal is available to most International customers as well. Go to https://www.paypal.com and click on the Worldwide link to see if you country is included in the PayPal’s International system and to open an account. There is sometimes a small fee for first-time use for International customers for PayPal to verify your credit card information.

Payment may also be made by Certified Check or Money Order. Choose the “Mailing Check” option at the bottom of the checkout page. Print out your order and enclose it with your check. Orders being paid by Certified Check or Money Order can also be ordered by sending an e-mail to k@thisolebag.com. A mailing address for payment will be furnished when the order is received. The order will be shipped upon check clearance. If you have any questions about the order, please contact k@thisolebag.com before sending payment. Payment should be sent as soon as possible. If payment is not received within 2 weeks of ordering, order will be deleted.

• International orders by Mail: Money Orders in U.S. Funds only

Orders will be accepted by sending an e-mail to k@thisolebag.com.

Orders are payable in U.S. funds only (money order). Items ordered will be sent upon receipt of payment.

If paying by money order, a mailing address for payment will be furnished by e-mail when the order is received.

Items are shipped Priority Mail via USPS.

If you have any questions about the shipping costs for your order, please e-mail k@thisolebag.com for quote. Unless items are shipped Priority Boxed or Express Mail, which includes insurance, we will not be responsible for lost shipment after leaving the USA.
